Phocos Solar Charge Controllers
The CML series is a sophisticated solar charge regulator family for low cost applications.  The electronic circuit is equipped with a microcontroller that provides high-efficiency charging technology together with a number of outstanding status display, warning and safety functions.  The temperature-compensated three-stage PWM charging method (boost-equalized-float) is now adjustable to sealed and vented lead-acid batteries.  The new version also allows an either SOC or voltage disconnect function.  The battery status is clearly indicated by three LEDs.  As the first controller on the market in this price range it comes with an acoustic low voltage load disconnect pre-warning feature.

Phocos Solar Charge Controllers with LC Display
The CX series is a sophisticated solar charge regulator family with exceptional features in this price range.  Beside a perfect PWM regulation with integrated tempertaure compensation the controllers provide extraordinary display, programming and safety functions.  The battery state of charge is clearly displayed with a bar chart, as well as energy flows from and to the battery and the load status (e.g. overload, load short circuit).  The deep discharge protection function can be set up to three different modes:  voltage controlled, SOC controlled or adaptive (fuzzy logic).  Acoustic warnings are built in, as well as a programmable nightlife function.  The CX also provides a built-in excess energy management function which means that in combination with especially designed loads (e.g. Phocos Solar Refrigerators/Coolers) it is possible to make use of excess energy which would be lost otherwise because of the overcharge protection of the battery.  A better utilization of the solar system is the benefit.  The compact case design is prepared for DIN rail mounting (mounting device available as an accessory).

SCI Solid StateCharge Regulators
The ASC is a compact, efficient, 100% solid state photovoltaic charge regulator. It is available in 12 and 24 volt units up to 16 amps, and in 6 volt units for 4 amps. The ASC is a negative-ground switching shunt regulator, includes diode, is housed in an anodized aluminum chassis encapsulated in a hard epoxy resin. No load currents; Night=10mA, Charge=15mA, LVD=40mA."F" option, adjustability is available at no extra charge (longer leadtime) on the 8,12 and 16 amp ASC regulators. UL listed and FM approved.
