Solar Sidebar for Water Heaters
The Solar Sidebar is a PV-powered pumping module for active solar water heating systems with drain-down freeze protection. The assembly, which mounts on the side of your existing gas, propane or electric water heater, includes a 12 VDC pump, PV-spool drain-down valve, a 1/2" flowmeter, a digital thermometer and a 10 watt PV module which attaches to the side of the thermal panel and is wired to the Sidebar. For 50 to 120 gal tanks with 24 to 64 sq. ft. collector. 10 year limited warranty. Collectors sold separately. Ask for solar water heating equipment catalog.

Aquastar Instantaneous LPG Water Heaters
These tankless LPG water heaters are 78% efficient because they heat water only on demand. Gas input is thermostatically regulated depending on flow rate and incoming water temperature. On the wall installation. The minimum flow rate is 3/4 gpm. Min. water pressure 15 PSI. Gas connection 3/4". Water connection 1/2" sweat. "S" models have a modulating valve for use as solar backup (add 70.60 for 125 & 54.25 for 80). Available for natural gas. Ideal for use with ICS solar collector(above).
