Zomework Trackers
Pole-mounted passive solar tracker for PV modules. Over the course of the day, the fluid in the sunny side cylinder boils, forcing the liquid to condense in the shady side cylinder, causing the modules to shift by gravity and track the sun. There are no motors, pistons or gears to wear out. Increase the power output of a photovoltaic array from 19% to 42% depending on the season and location. The pipe sizes for masts are given in schedule 40 steel pipe (not included). Manual seasonal tilt adjustment. 10 year limited warranty. Prices are FOB factory. When using for VLX, please request 5/16" Holes.

Unirac adapted its standard 6-inch poletop rack to fit the Public Service Company of New Mexico's request for a high visibility PV array to raise public awareness of its new photovoltaic incentive program. We also designed and manufactured a 12-foot-tall, 8-inch pole for each of the 22 units. To give them the suggestions of flowers, all racking parts, including the poles were powder coated forest green or yellow. SolarMount HD (heavy duty) rails and standard bottom-mounting clips needed no modification to accommodate the unique module pattern that enhanced the look of flowers.

The QuickMount PV rack mounting system is very easy to install. No roof patch is necessary and the flash/mount is all in one. It works with existing and new comp roofs and is compatible with all standard racks. Material is made from all aluminum, preventing any rust stains, has a 50 year lifespan and is designed to meet all the proper roofing codes to protect the warranty of the roof. The color can be matched to your roof for a better installation appearance.
