 AirX Marine
Similar to the AirX with the following differences: water tight housing, stainless steel housing, highly corrosion resistant powder coated, and tail safety light. Battery bank minimum 100 amp hours @12V, 50 amp hours @ 24V. The AirX's charge controller periodically stops charging, reads the battery voltage setting and if the battery is charged, it completely shuts off all current going to the battery. This function is performed in a few milliseconds.

Southwest WindSeeker
Brushless design incorporates neodymium iron boron magnets, corrosion resistant aluminum casing, stainless steel hardware, aircraft quality rotor, patented windings, fail safe governor design which allows 85% output during very high winds and unique "smart" regulator (14.8 V factory setting -if different setting is desired, please specify when ordering). It uses a 3-phase direct drive alternator modified for high output and efficiency at low RPM. It controls the torque applied to the specially developed 5 'diameter rotor with an electronic circuit which adjusts drive to the alternator, allowing generation to begin at 5 mph winds and to continue efficient power production throughout its fullrange. Full rated power is reached at 30mph. For battery banks less than 650Amp Hours an external regulator is recommended. Mounting is designed for standard 2" schedule 40 steel pipe tower. World Power Technologies
Main frame rotor shaft and boom are stainless steel. Tilt-up governor does not rely on springs, needs no adjustment, allows more power in high winds. The winding configurations allow field rewiring for other voltages(the generators ship configured for the bold voltage given in description below).Propellers are 2 or 3 blade carbon fiber reinforced fiberglass. Bearings are sealed and permanently lubricated. The EZ-WIRE or EZ-WIRE II systemcenter is included with all wind generators (also avail separately) and includes: 1. Terminals for connection of solar PV panels, 2. Brake/on/off control for wind and solar, 3. Diversion load regulation (load included). 4. Monitoring of battery state of charge and five other volt/amp system measurements. Full power at 26 mph. Limited 2 year warranty.

These vertical axis DC generators are Pelton turbines directly driving an alternator. Depending on the head (from source to turbine) and the flowrate (gpm), generators of 1, 2, or 4 nozzles can be used to produce varying levels of electric power (minimum 3 gpm @ 200' or 20 gpm at 25' head).
